BSE Swivel-Angle Mixers for crude oil tanks

• Electric Motor driven - ExN, Exd, Exe, ATEX approved;

TEFC, Explosion Proof, IEEE-841 UL & CSA approved options.

• Tooth Belt Transmission, Gates GT3 and Goodyear Eagle PD enclosed in a weatherproof guard - ATEX and OSHA approved.

• Sleeve mounted bearings facilitate quicker tank shut-off engagement.

• Bearings Deep Groove Ball “grease sealed for life” ISO/B10 rated at 60,000 hours.

• Tank shut-off with Safety Valve for “proofing” positive locking of tapers.

• Mechanical Seal includes component cartridge, single/double & tandem.

• The propeller is designed to create “focused flow,” allowing effective penetration across the tank.

• The Swivel-Angle assembly (+/-30 degree sweeping) with Ball Seal designed for zero leaks.

• Mixer-to-tank mountings include all API 650, DIN standards and “custom options.”

• Capable of being fitted with standard “manual adjustments” or “automatic actuation.”
